1. Where can I download the HomeOK App?
HomeOK is available on the Apple Store or Play Store.

3. Does my HomeOK system integrate with other smart home devices?
No,as other smart devices may not have the same compliance on data security as we do, we cannot ensure their quality. However, you can set your camera or play to send voice instructions to smart speakers for example Alexa or Google Home.

Once you have selected a plan you can add additional cameras or sensors can be purchased from our shop

HomeOK provdes peace. Focused on service only, HomeOK is one of the best values in 2022 for their service and experience in customer service, privacy control with high and durable quality products.
Equipment Once purchased is owned by you If you have a pay as you go plan or started a HomeOK monitor plan before 1st May 2022, your kit is loaned to you. So, when you leave, you’ll need to return it to us. You can own it, but you’ll pay a non-return fee.
Monitor plans. select a plan that meets your needs, on the monitor plus and pro plans you can extend your system by adding additional cameras and sensors by logging into your account.
No Contracts. Our monitor plans are provided on a rolling basis with no contracts.
Your HomeOK service agreement. Your HomeOK service agreement is agreed upon on signup by the customer with a tick box where the general terms and conditions are agreed.
Manage your HomeOK account. You can login into your personal account using the HomeOK portal on the main website:www.homeok365.com where you can manage your payment method, and add additional equipment. You can view your monthly or yearly payments due dates, make payments and download invoices.
Paying for your services. We will bill you monthly or yearly in advance for your HomeOK service. The HomeOK plans are cancel anytime services. No refunds are given during an active month or year. You are responsible for all activity using your services and when charges are incurred.
Adding additional sensors and cameras. On the monitor plus and pro plans you can extend your system by adding additional cameras and sensors by logging into your account.
